Replenish with a simple treatment, or immerse yourself in total relaxation. The Fitness Centre and Spa offers a complete range of services for body, mind and spirit.
Although Spa Beauty Treatments are available until 7 p.m., we offer Spa Body Massage until midnight. Our Spa Body Massage menu includes Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Swedish massages in addition to Millenia Signature Massage and Jetlag Massage that are a combination of different techniques to achieve the result. Please kindly note that a $20 surcharge is applicable for massages from 10 p.m. and onwards.
Our Fitness Center and Spa facility includes 25-meter outdoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. You can enjoy workout with personal trainers and private session with yoga trainers.
